Depending on my client's goals, a workout will usually consist of a short dynamic warm up, and a mix of traditional strength training combined with personalized corrective exercises to fix imbalances and improve movement quality. When the goal is fat loss these will be strung together in circuit format, with some short duration higher intensity work to finish the session. My workouts are meant to invigorate and build you up for continued improvements, not destroy you for the sake of sweating and feeling exhausted.
